New home buying program from Empower New Haven

Empower New Haven's MI Home Power aims to sustain housing affordability and promote financial success among first-time homebuyers. This project will assist with down payment and closing costs, education to protect against predatory lending practices, and a loan-to-grant program that will help reduce monthly and long-term expenses on private mortgage insurance.
