The Director of Development will work with the Executive Director and the LEAP Senior Management Team to lead the day to day operations of the organization. S/he will execute all aspects of the development department, including maintaining and cultivating relationships with individual donors, grant writing/reporting, publication of LEAP’s newsletter, public relations, planning/execution of annual LEAP events, and outreach to corporate and foundation contacts.
