Nonprofit leaders—board members, funders, government leaders, nonprofit executives, and others—are invited to apply for the 2010-2011 CLP class, which starts in September.
Each year, CLP selects a diverse group of roughly twenty nonprofit leaders to participate in monthly sessions focusing on creating a community to support learning and on exploring the experiences and values that drive each participant’s leadership. Starting in January, the focus shifts to the practices that support each participant’s own leadership aspirations.
The 2010-2011 CLP class will be led by William Graustein, Ph.D. and Heidi Brooks, Ph.D. Graustein’s work focuses on developing communities in which people work together to imagine their future and to bring it into being. Brooks teaches at Yale School of Management and specializes in leadership development for individuals, organizations and communities.
There is no cost for participating in the program. For more information: http://www.wcgmf.org/simple.php?name=grants_clp.
