The CBIA and CT Nonprofits compensation study of CT nonprofits tracks critical benchmarking compensation data, including more than 100 jobs from administrative assistant to executive director. Results are compiled by annual budget size, number of employees, and county, and help nonprofit organizations to comply with IRS 990 requirements for establishing compensation levels of key employees. Only summary data is provided and individual organizations are not named. Please participate!
If your data includes at least 1/3rd of your full-time employees, you will receive a free electronic copy of the official report in March, 2011. Data must be reported for compensation as of 09/30/10, full-time employees only. Deadline extended to January 21, 2011. Questions? Karen Maciorowski, 860-525-5080 x24 or KarenM@ctnonprofits.org.
